Safaya ("we", "us") operates safaya.co. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and email if you provide one.

When you contact us: your phone number and the contents of your message.

When you browse: standard analytics data — pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser type. This is collected through cookies and third-party analytics tools.

We never collect payment card details. All orders are cash on delivery, paid directly to the courier.

Who we share it with

Our fulfilment and delivery partners. We share your name, phone number, and address with the logistics partners who confirm and deliver your order. They cannot use your information for anything else.

Our platform providers. Shopify hosts this store. Analytics and advertising tools including Meta and TikTok may receive anonymised browsing data.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some parts of the store may stop working correctly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order information is retained for two years for accounting and customer service purposes. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's own policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your information entirely. Message us on WhatsApp or email safaya.ae@gmail.com and we'll action it within 30 days.

Note that we may need to retain some order records for accounting purposes even after a deletion request.
