Where we deliver

All seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Delivery times

Dispatch: within 1 working day of your order being confirmed Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Most orders arrive 2 to 3 days after you place them.

Orders placed after 4pm, or on Friday and Saturday, are processed on the next working day.

Shipping cost

AED 20 flat rate, anywhere in the UAE. One rate for every order, every emirate — no surprises at the door.

We run free-shipping promotions from time to time. When one is running, it's applied automatically at checkout — you don't need a code.

The confirmation call

Before your order ships, our team calls to confirm your order and address. This is standard for cash on delivery in the UAE and takes under a minute.

If we can't reach you, your order doesn't ship. We attempt twice. If there's a better number or a better time to call, message us on WhatsApp and we'll note it against your order.

Payment

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands — never before. Please have the exact amount ready where possible; couriers don't always carry change.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel leaves the warehouse.

If you're not home

The courier calls before arriving. If you miss them, they attempt again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us — message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a new dispatch.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, public holidays, or courier volume. If your order is running late, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check its status.

Wrong address

If the address given is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel can't be delivered, message us and we'll arrange a redelivery to the corrected address.
