Clear Prep — Hair Identifier Spray

The step before your makeup, not after.

Your face has fine hair on it. Everyone's does. You can't see it in the bathroom mirror, but your foundation can — it's why your base catches in some places and sits flat in others, and why you look different in daylight than you did when you left the house.

This makes it visible so you can deal with it properly, once.

How it works

Spray it on and the fine hair on your face turns white and clearly visible against your skin. Every strand, including the ones along the jaw and upper cheek you'd never have found by feel.

Then dermaplane it off in one pass instead of going over the same area four times hoping you got everything.

How to use

Shake well. Hold about 15cm from your face and spray in short bursts across the area — jaw, upper lip, cheeks, forehead. Keep it away from your eyes.

The hair turns white immediately. Use the dermaplaning tool at a shallow angle, short strokes, working downward. It removes the hair and the dead skin sitting on top of it.

Rinse with clean water when you're done.

Four dermaplaning tools are included. 100ml — enough for months of use.

What changes afterwards

Foundation sits flat. No catching, no patches, no texture where there shouldn't be. Serums absorb properly instead of sitting on a layer of down.

Works on all skin tones and every hair type — fine, dark, light.

A few things worth knowing

Not on active breakouts, broken skin, or sunburn. If your skin is currently irritated from a retinoid, wait until it's settled.

Once a fortnight is plenty. Dermaplaning removes a layer of dead skin along with the hair, and doing it too often leaves the skin sensitised.

Wear sunscreen the next day — freshly dermaplaned skin is more exposed than usual.
